Gurvani Kochar
Acharya Mettananda Singh specializes in lifestyle medicine and has been an avid yogi since childhood. He learnt yoga and meditations from Indian yogis growing up in India
Kristina has been practising and teaching hatha yoga for over 10 years.
She also teaches loving kindness and day to day mindfulness.
Gurvani is our chief dietitian , she holds a masters in Diet science and has worked with a variety of clients treating conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, diabetes purely with a whole food plant based diet.
